The Warranty applies to all VidOn.me Inc. products purchased through our website, VidOn.me, that are in need of replacement, repair or refund.
VidOn.me Inc. has the right to modify part or all of the Warranty any time necessary without warning.
45 Day Money Back Guarantee
VidOn.me offers a 45 day money back guarantee on all physical electronic products. If you wish to return a product within 45 days of the date of purchase, we will refund the price of the product or provide you with a full exchange.
Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. As well, the return shipping cost should be at your expense, excluding exchanges regarding hardware problems for which we will cover up to USD$10 of the total return shipping cost.
Items Defective On Arrival
We sincerely hope this will never happen to you, but since we work with third party companies a situation may occur in which the products you received are damaged or are not what you ordered. When such a situation occurs, please take photos of the product immediately as proof and contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt. After confirmation with you, we will replace your product, or give you a full refund in the manner of your original payment. The return shipping cost of the item(s) should be at your expense before we receive the item(s), after we receive the item(s), we will cover up to USD$10 of the total return shipping cost.
90 Day Hardware Problem Warranty
If the products you purchased have hardware problems within 90 days from the date of purchase and do not work properly, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the refund/replacement process; seeking either a refund or replacement is at your discretion as the customer. The return shipping cost of the item(s) should be at your expense before we receive the item(s), after we receive the item(s), we will cover up to USD$10 of the total return shipping cost.
One Year Repair Warranty
VidOn.me Inc. also provides a 1-year warranty period for the repair of the hardware of our products. If the products you purchased have hardware problems within the one year warranty period and they do not work properly, please contact us immediately so we will guide you through the repair process. The return shipping cost of the item(s) should be at your expense.
1. We will only accept products returned to us if:
* The item has its' original packaging and is free from damage.
* The item is faulty or was damaged in shipping and you wish to return it for repair/replacement.
* The item is complete and with all accessories when applicable.
2. Replacement products will be shipped after we receive your returned products and have made the necessary confirmation.
3. The monetary refund of a product or the monetary refund of any postage cost covered by us will be handled within 3 business days from the day we receive your returned products.
4. Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange, unless the product is damaged during the original delivery and reported to us within 7 days from the date of receipt (see: Items Defective On arrival). VidOn.me Inc. does not take responsibility for the loss of, or any damage to, the item(s) when they are being shipped for a return/replacement/refund by the consumer.
